Inner Growth Exercise of the Day: Why Raise Your Consciousness Through Inner Growth

Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Create a starting point for something important in your life that you’ve become conscious of that you want to work with from a mindset perspective to bring to your life more harmony when dealing with this something. Write out how you think about this something in your life and how you would like to be able and think about it to bring love to your heart and peace to your mind when it comes up.  Then journal about your progress, what you find out about yourself, what works to bring you to a different emotional state with it, and the way your thought process on it is transforming.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Take the judgements you have on one aspect of your thought process that you’ve become aware of and are working to understand from within you. For the judgements you have, write about how they are able to bring you to a new thought on it thanks to elaborating the opposites consciously with heart.  Journal about the transformation you see takes place with that thought process in time.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: For you it’s all about noticing when there are moments of opportunities to raising your consciousness further. Journal about all that stands out from this process and what you have learned about yourself that is new to you, new because you are able to see it from yet another state (risen state) of consciousness.
