Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Every time you are dealing with doubts, decisions, conflicts, ups and downs, life events, write down one to three ways you can bring security to these from within. Take note of the feelings that arise as you list these ways and notice if there are any areas of security you can add to from within at the heart to grow that security.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Find where you judge yourself harshly for having moments of vulnerability and explore with a compassionate heart the areas of vulnerability you face. Decide on one to three ways to bring neutrality to vulnerability and elaborate through thought on how expressing your feelings within yourself is beneficial to your growing your sense of security.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal about moments where your true sense of security is called forth from the unexpected that life entails. Do this on a regular basis and review three or five entries at a time to find any ah ha moments you can share with others about how inner growth is bringing forth more of your true sense of security.
