Inner Growth Exercise of the Day: Stop Limiting Yourself & Others Through Judgement
Exploring how to stop limiting yourself and others through judgement; why judgements without raising your consciousness to them are limiting; the limiting cycles that come from judgement without awareness; and how it’s about expanding what you see, believe, include in your thoughts, etc.; when you’re ready from the heart to remove the limits that come from judgement.
Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Any time you become aware of a judgement you make (on yourself or towards others) take the time to sit with it and list all the things that you’re defining as so through this judgement. For each thing you list notice how it affects your actions, feelings, words, and thoughts. Remove the limits by opening up to the possibility of something else, at least one different something that is opposite of the judgement at hand.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: In your judgements it’s time to find the duality that is the reason for the judgement. What “good” and “bad” reasons (justification, rational for the judgement, life experience, etc.) bring forth this judgement as your way of defining you and/or others. For every reason bring one thought of neutrality.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: With the complete awareness of judgements (in the moment) and the ability to raise your consciousness to you and your heart in the moment, write about one to three expanded realizations and possibilities you see for yourself and/or others thanks to the ability you have to remove the judgement as an “end game” and find it as the starting point for the expansion that can take place as you explore it from an inner growth mindset.
