Inner Growth Exercise of The Day 202 – Why Trusting In Yourself Is Fundamental

Exploring why trusting in yourself is fundamental; how to identify the level of trust you have in yourself; what trust in yourself means when others and the external give you information that doesn’t resonate with your heart, inner core, the essence of you; how trusting in yourself doesn’t involve having an impact on and/or getting something from others or the external; and how inner growth assists you in growing inner trust, understanding it, transforming it, and solidifying it as the foundation from which you’ll always find the answers you seek to any question on a life moment or life experience, and so on.

Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Notice how you trust in yourself when faced with inner conflict. Journal about your inner trust in these moments. After some time has passed from the situation you journaled about, read it, and identify if there are areas of your inner trust that need your attention so that they may grow with love from the heart for you, others, the external, and life.

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Find out what dual aspects keep your trust in yourself divided and wobbly. Bring forth one to three perspectives that share neutrality, unconditional love, and life essence to the duality in an effort to make it whole and choose that which resonates at the heart level, which you’ll recognize from the feeling of flow from within that comes when your true heart-felt answers come forth (not the doubts, questioning and second guessing yourself feelings and thoughts that come from fears or hurts or hidden subconscious fears or hurts, etc.).

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal about what ways you continue to grow trust in yourself and how the external helps you to do this. Also, share any experiences where you are able to help others to grow trust in themselves.

Your turn – Share your experience with your inner growth exercise of the day depending on where you are in your journey😊
