Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Describe the life you want from an emotional perspective when dealing with the unknowns that come your way. Journal about how each experience goes now that you’ve got a clear idea of the way you want your life to go from within.  Also, write about one to three things you learn thanks to pursuing inner growth in those unknown moments.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Find the areas in the life you want that you judge as good or bad, right or wrong, fair or not fair, and so on. Bring to each area you identify an aspect of neutrality that enables you to appreciate them as opposites that allow you to know what you want to pursue in life.  Decide on at least one thing you can do to bring forth the “good”, the “right”, the “fair”, and so on; in the human you decide to be as you face the opposites (the things you don’t want).

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal about how you bring forth the life you want and what expansions take place on the way you see the world and the way you react and feel about life in general.
