Exploring defining your why in life through inner growth; a look at those contemplations about why man (humanity) exists, what’s the purpose and/or meaning; understanding how this existential question crosses your path over and over again until you start defining your why in life from within; the difference your heart-felt and inner core’s why in life will make for your consistent inner harmony, quality of life, the difference you’ll make in your life and the life of others, and the world; and why it’s an endless question that has endless answers and none are more right or wrong than others because it is the essence and heart of each man (human) that answers it consciously or unconconsciously, subconsciously.

Exploring defining your why in life through inner growth; a look at those contemplations about why man (humanity) exists, what’s the purpose and/or meaning; understanding how this existential question crosses your path over and over again until you start defining your why in life from within; the difference your heart-felt and inner core’s why in life will make for your consistent inner harmony, quality of life, the difference you’ll make in your life and the life of others, and the world; and why it’s an endless question that has endless answers and none are more right or wrong than others because it is the essence and heart of each man (human) that answers it consciously or unconconsciously, subconsciously.

Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Define your why in life, the why for human existence, and track how you bring forth this why in your day-to-day actions, thoughts, goals, etc. Also journal about the transformation that your why regarding the purpose and meaning of life goes through as you pursue inner growth.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Find the opposites of your defined why in life (why for human existence) and all areas where you find judgement of that opposite bring a loving thought to allow you to explore it differently and without judgement, but with trying to understand that different (opposite) why. Not to make it your own, to expand your understanding of the essence of life in each unique human.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal about all the new explorations and ah ha moments, the expanded awareness and knowledge you gain on why humanity exists, the meaning and purpose of life, as well as your personal why. Write two to three things that stand out and share them with others to see what else they can add to your explorations and ah ha moments.
