Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Any time you feel limited or held back by people go within and find the ways you can expand, break those limits, and move beyond, without the people’s input or involvement. Focus on your inner growth and choose one to three things you realize you can work on for you to completely remove those limits or held back feelings that came about.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Find the areas of self-judgment and judgement of others in the moments where you feel people are limiting you or holding you back. Write one or three neutral thoughts on these judgements by recognizing the benefits of opposites.  Also pinpoint where the impatience for the situation at hand is; for example, are you waiting for an answer or to know the outcome of something and so are engaging in conversations for that goal, etc.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal about these moments by going in-depth on how you are able to move beyond your initial perspective, what the most important lessons in those moments are and how this allows you to become a more loving and expansive person in your day-to-day.
