Inner Growth Exercise of the Day: Working Through Emotions With Inner Growth
Exploring working through emotions with inner growth; why your heart and love are fundamental to this process; the ups and downs that staying in the grey area of choosing what you want to bring forth in life and what life is to you means for when dealing with emotions; how it’s always about raising your consciousness to your inner core, your heart, your mind, all of you that essentially leads the way to choosing what to do when emotions you’re experiencing are in need of your attention; and how all of this leads you to becoming a complete human being, your human being, who will extend love, wisdom and assistance to others and the world.
Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Take time to sit with your emotions when you find yourself overwhelmed. List or describe what you’re feeling and why. For everything you are able to bring to consciousness think of one self-loving thing you can bring to give yourself some harmony with the situation and then also conclude what the best course of action is from the heart for you and anyone else involved (this can mean distancing or severing ties, changing direction, anything that works for the best interest of your emotional state and does not impact/affect anyone else’s emotions or situation or choices).
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Identify the places of judgement and/or divide in the emotions you experience for whatever situation. Bring forth what the judgement and/or divide is wanting from the situation that you’re dealing with and list one to three ways you can provide what you need from the heart to bring forth an inner harmony as you allow time to do the rest. Do this in a way that brings you to face the meaning you hold for yourself and life through the example of human being you want to be in the world and through the emotions you share, experience, work through, etc.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: At this stage in your journey you want to track all new information that comes your way as you work through emotions with inner growth. Track what new things you learn about you from the heart, as well as humanity. Then think of two to three ways you can contribute that heart-felt wisdom to others who will deal with those emotions and experiences, and can work through them in a loving way they may not have thought about yet.
