Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Any advice you receive for anything related to your life, take the time to contemplate it on your own. Focus on if the advice resonates with your heart or not.  Then make a list of the things you learn about the advice your heart has for you to follow that resonates completely with you (your chosen path).

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Find the opposites (judgments, divides, “right/wrong”, etc.) that are fueled from the grey advice you get (those interactions where you and the other stand together or opposite on a specific situation).  Look to all that you find and bring forth the self-love and love for others to the forefront, then go about exploring the opposites with this unconditional love and find one to three neutral stances that expand your perspective on the situation).

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Find from the grey advice things that you can assist others in, to gain a more loving and neutral stance on, to bring healing to their wounds and assist their inner growth. Journal about the experiences and how this also brings expansion and inner growth to you.
