Exploring standing strong from within; what this means when faced with challenges to what you stand strong in; how inner growth gets you to find that within on what you stand for; why raising your consciousness to you and excluding the external as your strength is important; what it means to rely on solely your heart; and how bringing that heart forward to all that you stand for will create an unbreakable strength from within you that no one will ever be able and take away.
Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Make a list of some of the things you believe in from deep within or that you think you do and track throughout the year how you bring them forth in your day-to-day life, what seems to disrupt your belief or cause some disconnect, and notice how your belief shares love with you and others.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Take the divides (right/wrong) perspectives that come about from what you stand strong on (whatever belief on how or why something should be a certain way) and find the neutrality from within to bring about the bigger picture of how these opposites permit for that belief to come forth in a loving way (for you and others).
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal about the way what you stand for expands as you pursue it with an inner growth mindset. Write about two to three ways it evolves to include the well-being of inner growth and harmony for humanity, in addition to the raising of consciousness to you and further awakening to your heart that takes place.
