- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Any time you say you are going to commit to something, track that commitment and notice how your heart is involved (your love for self, others, and what you’ve committed to).
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Explore the dual nature of your commitments, such as what you judge about yourself and the situations you deal with as you pursue your commitment. Make a list of two to three things you can do every time the dual nature comes about so that you may appreciate the lesson from the opposites (the duality) from the heart and bring forth the neutrality and flow that can lead you further down the heart commitment you’ve made.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal about the expanded consciousness that takes place in all the commitments you’re actively working on from a loving place. Write about how this raising of consciousness to your heart and you and all that is around you affects your inner growth journey and ability to tap into your higher potential.
