Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Write down one loving belief you have for yourself and all humanity. Throughout the beginning of your inner growth journey you want to find what things bring you away from it from the heart.  Decide on one to two ways you are going to pursue growing your belief from within and sharing it with the world.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Write down one loving belief you have for yourself and all humanity. Find the divides, the judgments, the “good vs bad” thoughts that cross your mind and for all of them bring forth one to three neutral conclusions by remembering how only through opposites can you actually stand strong for anything.  Find one inner growth lesson from every time you are able to bring neutrality in duality and how this lesson adds to your courage to stand alone for what you believe in from the heart.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Write down one loving belief you have for yourself and all humanity and list the daily things you do to put it into practice any chance you get. Also notice when there is a disconnect what insights come from working through it to bring back the harmony.
