Exploring rising above repeat patterns that hold you back; what ways you’ll explore these patterns depending on where you are with your inner growth journey; what these repeat patterns can look like (using the example of expectations); and why it’s always about your ultimate choice of going within, raising your consciousness to you, and choosing growth, expansion, unlimited or the opposite.
Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Make a list of what you consider some repeat patterns that hold you back. Every time these patterns present themselves explore how to process the emotion and bring about a different way of being able to respond emotionally so that you may expand and finally go beyond that pattern.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Find the judgement in your repeat patterns, those opposites that you observe with judgement and bring forth the feeling of neutrality from an open heart that is finally ready to look at things from a different perspective. Write out the neutral and unconditional loving perspective that comes forth (through your contemplative effort from the heart). The next time the repeat pattern comes about you have what you can apply so that you can break the repeat pattern completely, consciously.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal about every experience you have with repeat patterns and notice how your awareness of you, others, and the choices available to you to break the patterns grow in time. Also include in your writing/conscious observations how your heart and inner core expand and play a role in this conscious awareness and choosing to go beyond the pattern that holds you back.
