- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Take the fears you are aware of and make a list of them. For each fear decide three things you can do to bring forth more heart, trust, and life choices that support love and not fear.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Take the fears you have and contemplate the judgements you have of them. To each judgement bring forth neutrality and a loving way you can combat the fear to render it something that can bring forth a positive inner and outer growth.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Any time you notice fear around you, think of one to three things you can bring forth that can combat the fear and bring forth the hidden love that is meant to be born out of the situation. Journal about your experience.
