Exploring how to love yourself and others for who they are; why this is important and a part of your inner growth journey; what it means to love this way and how unconditional love plays a role; the non-tangible aspects of life and the things that bring you to contemplating loving self and others unconditionally; and what this means to you being able to tap in to your higher unlimited potential.
Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Make it a habit to contemplate once a month, or however often you are so inclined, one way you love yourself and others for who they are, unconditionally. Find through your exploration the moments when you are not sharing such love towards self and others; and decide one thing you’re going to do to bring forth unconditional love to all.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Find the conditions (divides, opposites, judgements, etc.) that hold you back from unconditional love of self and others for who they are. For each item you uncover make the choice of what this means to you and what choices you have to embrace things as they are from the heart. You’ll know what path will lead you to neutrality and an unconditional loving open-heart choice by the love that will arise from within.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal about the added perspectives that you gain through your explorations of moments where you can bring forth more love of self and others for who they are. Anything that stands out, take some time to make a list of how it’s expanding your inner growth and higher potential journey.
