Exploring using your time wisely to succeed in life from the heart; what it means to “waste” your time on others and the external and why it’s something you want to stop doing; how inner growth gets you to tap in to your heart in the moment of choosing how you’re going to use your time; and how once you make every moment count in favor of your inner expansion and unconditional love towards self and others, the time you will use even on others and the external will bring forth further expansion in all your life areas.

Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Journal about how you often you use time to contemplate what others are doing and what you are doing. For every time you use your time to contemplate others, decide how you’re going to stop this pattern and bring your focus to you (to your emotions, what you can do for you in the moment, etc.).

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Notice how you are using your time in matters that you judge harshly. Find one to three ways to bring forth unconditional love and trust in life so that you can make room for neutrality and flow feeling in those matters.  Once you are able to bring forth this response to the matters you used to judge harshly, notice how your time is spent now.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Make it a habit to notice what major breakthroughs come about thanks to you leading every moment of your time from the heart, consciously and unconsciously, thank to the inner growth journey you’re on. Write one to three things about these breakthroughs that stand out.
