Inner Growth Exercise of the Day: Being Receptive To Your Inputs Over Those Of Others

Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Journal about the inner conflicts that arise between your inputs on you and those of others and decide on one to two ways you’re going to be more receptive to what you have to say for matters in your life and regarding you (as a person and the essence of you you’re trying to bring forth).

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Find the judgements, hurts, duality aspects that bring about feelings you are meant to explore from the heart to bring forth neutrality where others’ inputs are contrary to yours. Decide on one to two ways you’re going to bring forth a different response (with a sense of security toward you) and emotion (harmony, neutral, even appreciative for the experience) to the situation by giving strength and love to your input and working towards neutrality with others’ inputs.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: For you it’s time to expand knowledge on what more you can take away from interactions where you are receptive to your inputs, but also to the deeper place others’ inputs are coming from. Write about your experiences and what you learn, and decide how you can use this information to share an unconditional loving message with others who need support to become more receptive towards their inputs over those of others.
