Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Make a list of the comfort zones you are aware of that you want to expand for your inner harmony’s benefit. For each item you list, decide on two to three ways you’re going to consciously expand it in the moment.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Find the areas of impatience and/or self-judgement that you have in regard to the time it may take you to expand a comfort zone due to the different feelings that can arise from navigating uncomfortable waters (so to speak). Bring forth two to three self-loving messages that also remind you of the importance of allowing time to be your partner in processing things consciously from the depths of you to arrive at your heart’s happy medium.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal about the experiences you have now that you are able to easily raise your consciousness to expanding your comfort zones in the moment, as they’re being presented to you (as the opportunity to go beyond what is your comfort zone). Go in depth on anything that stands out in your experience and that adds to your inner growth journey.
