  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Any unanswered question you deal with explore it from a place of heart and love. Write about the fears, the security you’d like, and the way you can allow your heart to lead the way as well as grow trust in every moment while awaiting the answer.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Find your divides in the unanswered questions to bring forth the deep fear that is at first hidden to your consciousness.  Bring forth two to three loving answers to both sides of your perspective and the neutrality you know will get you to continue learning from the moment as you await the outcome (the answer that only time can bring).
