- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Any time you face a fear list three loving things about it by looking at what it is allowing you to bring to consciousness to process and let go of or slowly move through in your own timing and way from the heart.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Find your judgements about fear and bring three unconditional loving thoughts to it. Also, find one or two ways you can bring forth a though and feeling of neutrality when it comes up again as you process the divide completely from the heart.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal about the new perspectives you tap into now that you are able to easily bring forth love when facing fears. Identify one or two ways you can help others too with what you’ve learned.
