Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Whenever you notice you get arrogant about something, journal with details on the situation and then find at least three reasons you went the route of arrogance. Look at the reasons you listed and bring forth a loving resolution for each that you will keep in mind the next time a similar situation arises.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Now that you’re familiar with your how’s and why’s with arrogance, do the in-depth exploration of finding the disconnect from your heart to the situation (whether it be hurt, self-judgement, justice, divide, insecurity, etc.) that keeps you blinded. Make a list of all the emotions that come to mind and where they’re coming from (what event comes to mind to why this way has resulted in the way); and bring forth the unconditional love you know is needed to bring you to that next step of neutrality in duality.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: For you it’s about adding to what you are able to see from your heart, but also humanity’s heart in the moment of the interaction that takes place with arrogance present. Journal about your inner growth and ability to identify blinders, as well as how you’re able to move away completely from arrogance even though the person and/or situation you’re dealing with is engaging in that type of dynamic.
