Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: When you are trying to prove something take five to ten minutes to write down everything that is a part of this process (feelings, thoughts, reasons for proving, objectives, desired outcomes, etc.). For everything you list find one way you can provide yourself the answers you seek and allow time to do the rest.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Find the duality in your need to prove and bring forth one to three aspects of neutrality to bring these opposites together. Also, list one to three ways you expect life to be your ally in revealing the answer to the situation you’re dealing with.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Any instance you find there is still a need to prove, which arises within (feeling wise) you, write about how you take a step back to open your heart to the truth of what you’re seeking. Then go ahead and also list one to two reminders of how life has always revealed in time what there was to know about a situation that you hold dear and near to your heart and how you think it may go this time (one or two of the variables you sense may unfold through this experience).
