- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Write about the things you learn about yourself, your abilities to face challenges, and how your loving choices bring forth something good from a “worst” type situation, every time you deal with one.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Take the opposites of the things that happen to you (the best and worst aspects) and describe how you feel about each aspect. As you read what you write, bring forth a loving thought for all aspects and write about how together they allowed you to contemplate a best outcome thanks to you having had the opportunity to work through the deep emotions and allow them to come forth in a safe space.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: With the level of consciousness you’re at in the moment, write about one to three areas you find are able to make steps forward in what you realize they will bring forth in your inner growth journey thanks to the clash that takes place (the worst/best case scenario exploration).
