Exploring staying grounded while also pursuing your dreams; how this journey can begin since a very young age or once we get older; why inner growth gets you to achieve grounding and your dreams in a way that brings forth the full expression of your inner core and heart; what difference you find in pursing your dreams while you stay in balance with the world around you; and why it’s only with heart towards self and others that the complete harmony brings forth the manifestation of that dream in a way that fits the good of all.

- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Make a list of your dreams and track their journey one by one as you pursue them. Notice how having to stay grounded in your pursuit to bring your dreams to reality gets you to explore solutions that fit your inner and outer world.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Now that you’re pursuing your dreams with some balance of inner and outer harmony, begin to raise your awareness to the feelings that arise in these moments of compromise. Write two to three things that stand out as you pursue your dreams, but also need to apply those grounding qualities that will allow them to come forth in the “real” world.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: At this point in your journey pay close attention to any area (that arises from staying grounded while pursuing your dreams) that holds feelings of resistance or lack of flow. List one to three things that you realize are what need expansion and a new way of seeing it; neutrality in duality and the appreciation for what opposites bring; and further unconditional self-love and unconditional love for humanity and the world.
