Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Make it a habit to explore your convictions when they come about. Write about the feelings that arise, how you handle the situation, and anything else that stands out.  Look to three ways you can work with your emotions and bring forth flexibility, as well as love and understanding, instead of forcefulness in moments where your conviction comes about (whether in conversation or situation you’re experiencing).

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Explore the divides you have in your convictions (the rights/wrongs, justice/injustice, etc.) and bring forth an exploration of opposites to uncover how they both bring something, then through heart (love for self and humanity) bring forth a neutrality solution/thought that can replace the divide in that conviction.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: At this point in your journey make it a habit to track the different perspectives you’re able to grasp from a moment where your convictions arose, but you were able to step back from them consciously and observe in a higher state of consciousness what was happening in the exchange of convictions with others or in the situation at hand.
