Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Anytime someone has something to say to you about anything related to your lifestyle choices, your person, your something that’s going on; take the time to write or think about how you feel regarding these things. What you find is something you want to work on, choose how to do so from the heart.  What you find you’re good with, find how to keep in mind that you’re happy with this choice and to open up to understanding if there’s ways you can communicate it to others or not.

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Now that you’re pursuing inner growth it’s time to embrace neutrality in duality. Any time you are faced with someone saying something to you, go ahead and look at the two sides of what you’re feeling and thinking about the situation (from your inner core and heart).  Where you find the possibility to expand with a neutral thought do so, and where you find hurt bring self-love and explore self-acceptance.

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal about the observations that come forth when you have interactions with people who have something to say about your lifestyle choices. Make a list of the things that stand out that can continue assisting you on inner growth, and a list on things that can assist you on assisting humanity with unconditional love, unity, and collaboration as a whole.
