Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Journal daily about the divides you notice your thought brings to interactions, relationships, opinions and explore both sides of your personal inner argument, thoughts, conclusions, etc. on these things. Next find the love and hurts that touch you deeply and do one thing to try and understand this topic at a deeper human and emotional level that not only allows you to take a step further in your inner growth journey, but that also brings you to expand what you now see on the specific divides, which enables them to unify and make sense together even if opposites.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: You are much more aware of the inner divides that need your attention to bring forth the unconditional love, trust, and flow to expand unity within you and with the world outside you. Make it a habit to bring forth one unconditional loving thought and gratitude for opposites (divides), which in the absence of you would not be expanding to your higher potential from within. Write about what unity comes forth, as you go beyond the divide by being able to step back from it and be conscious of its deeper inner core (subconscious, unconscious) meaning.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Write about the expansion you see in all the divides you face daily now that you are consciously awakened to how the divides bring unity thanks to the exploration that you can bring forth through inner self awareness, consciously acknowledging the essence of you, and bringing it forth in a way that works in harmony with the world you live in.
