Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Choosing expansion and awakening starts with you in the little things you do every single day. Find one thought, action, experience, anything in your routine that you bring your consciousness to and choose on one way you’re going to expand this specific thing to hold and mean more, as well as awaken to the deeper heart-felt meanings this thought, action, experience, routine, etc. has for your person, your inner core, the essence of you, and those involved in your life.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Your expansion and awakening are all about the deeper level where opposites meet once you’re at this level with your inner growth journey. Find the uncovered fears, judgements, and all divides, contrasts, etc. that create those invisible limits; and bring forth self-trust, life-trust, abundance of love, and a way to see the two opposites with neutrality, as well as gratitude.  Journal about the experiences and the ah ha moments.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Track how often you are able to consciously bring forth expansion and awakening in your day-to-day experiences. Where you find you get distracted, write about the distractions and decide on one to three ways you’re going to bring yourself to become aware in the moment of the distractions, remove those distractions, and bring forth expansion and awakening.
