Explore your feelings so that you may bring forth the things you’re sure of, the things you doubt and fear, and the answers you would want. Then be the one to provide yourself with the answers you seek and decide to take a chance on you in a way that makes sense with what you’re facing (with those humps and bumps).
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Find the areas in your humps and bumps where you can grow self-love, self-confidence, self-leadership, and unconditional love for the external (including the humps and bumps).
