Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Get to know your boxes when it comes to dealing with conflict. Write about them in detail and find one to three ways you can go beyond them with trust in your heart and in what can come from pushing the boundaries in a loving way for your desired outcome and the good of all.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Find your opposites in the boxes you create to understand situations that cause inner turmoil. For each contrast, each “good or bad”, and so on, place the way they bring about a new solution that creates harmony, while allowing you to step beyond the boxes that limit how far you can go.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: As you explore a box for the pure desire to pursue further inner growth and consciousness of the box’s potential for expansion, write about the thoughts that cross your mind and the different perspectives you bring forth to enable expansion on the box in question. Journal about these experiences so that you can use them for future moments where you’re helping others to go beyond their boxes.
