- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: As you choose to let go of an attachment, take the time to write about the initial feelings and thoughts you have, explore them from within (your inner core and heart) and take note of the areas you feel more deeply so that you can bring love to those areas.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Work through the duality in letting go of attachment by bringing in your inner core and heart’s neutrality to the duality. So, where you notice: “good or bad”, “sad or joy”, “hard or easy”, and so on; bring one thought of neutrality and appreciation.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: For you it’s about noticing the raising of consciousness that takes place as you are process letting go now that you have your inner core and heart in the forefront, neutrality in duality, and going with the flow of life. Write about two to three things that stand out about the process and the higher state of consciousness you’re able to explore letting go of attachment from at this point in your inner growth journey.
