Inner Growth Exercise of the Day: The Funny Thing About Knowing Without Knowing

 

Exploring the funny thing about knowing without knowing; this very common feeling; why inner growth is beneficial to you in these moments; what relationships bring in to the mix; and how raising of consciousness to you, awakening to your inner core and heart, and focusing on life as your partner bring forth smooth sailing with the dynamic of knowing what you don’t know when it comes to others in your life.

Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: When you experience knowing something without knowing it, take the time to explore this knowing feeling and write down one to three things that stand out that are yours to work through and one to three things that are solely related to the potential outcome of the situation or person you have the knowing something without knowing it feeling about or on.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: When you know something without knowing it, look at the duality nature of it. Find out if there are rights or wrongs, judgements or limits, and/or anything not neutral or loving.  From what you find, first bring forth a neutral feeling; then, write about what you know; and finally, wait for time to reveal the rest (“confirm or deny” that knowing).  From what happens take note of everything that stands out between what you brought to the knowing and what was the essence of the knowing.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Now that you differentiate between the essence of the knowing without knowing and the parts that are yours, take the time to thoroughly explore situations where you have these aha moments. Write about what stands out the most to you with the expanded awareness you hold and what inner growth comes about from the experience.
