Inner Growth Exercise of the Day: Why Do People Get Stuck and What Can You Do

 

Exploring why people get stuck, what you can do about it if you’re stuck or you’re helping someone who is stuck; how inner growth gets you unstuck for good; what your power for transformation has to do with it; how to harness your inner power by tapping in to the essence of you, your inner core and heart; and how it’s only to the extent you believe in your and humanity’s unlimited potential and unconditional love of life and the world around you that determines your outcome.

Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Find three things you can do when you feel stuck. Journal about every aspect that stands out when you put into practice the ideas you have for getting unstuck.  At the end of your journaling, write about one thing that you gain further understanding of from the depths of you (your inner core and heart) that you can use to help you move forward.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: With anything that symbolizes stuck to you take some time to explore the duality you perceive or apply to it. Write about both sides you see of stuck and then bring in at least one neutral thought.  Incorporate the neutral thought into the situation to assist you in moving into a flow feeling that gets you beyond stuck.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: For you at this point it’s more about how to help others get unstuck from their inner core and heart. Take the time to journal about your experiences with greater consciousness of you and the power you have to always be in flow and not stuck.  Use this knowledge to be a better observer, listener, and neutral guide to those you help to get unstuck.  Write about the experience of helping others too so that you may have that added knowledge for future moments of stuck/unstuck situations where you’re helping someone.
