Exploring getting outside of your head to move forward by getting inside of your head through inner growth contemplation; how this mindset gets you to get outside of your head in a way that not only gets you to unblock, but also to expand in all areas of your inner self, inner knowing, and outer world.
Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Push yourself to understand those things that you categorize as fixed characteristics (of who you are, what you’ll achieve, anything in your life that you see as fixed). Write one to three things that stand out about what you learn and what that knowledge brings to your pursuing more, inner expansion, raising of consciousness, things you believe you can achieve, and so on.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Break the habit of duality by identifying it in any instance you are considering one side of a situation only. Take time to explore the other side, really try to put yourself in the other side’s shoes. Next bring forth and write about your inclination (where you navigate with your thought process), but also the neutrality aspect from knowing that there is other outside of your inclination (opposite, different, not identical to yours).
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Once a week write about what stands out in a situation where you are exploring your thought process, the different thought processes of others, and the flow of life with uncertainty in that situation.
