Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: When something takes you by surprise make it a habit to take five to ten minutes to notice your reaction. As you do this bring in flow and write down one to three areas that you feel hold more resistance to that flow. Decide on some ways you’re going to bring love and trust to those areas of resistance.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Every time something unexpected takes place notice what are your first reactions. In each reaction you identify find where you can add self-trust, remove judgement, and replace neutrality. As you do this notice the feelings of flow that start to settle in and write about this experience to remember it for future moments of unexpected events.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Play with the feelings of flow each day by applying consciously flow to tiny things that you wouldn’t normally think need flow. Journal on the inner growth experiences that take place even in the small things and track how this impacts the big things.
