Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Take five minutes of the day to focus on a feeling of relax and learn to differentiate it from when you’re not relaxed. Notice what events bring you out of a state of relax and bring to mind flow of life and a feeling of relax to regain your center and focus on the situation with a sense of calmness.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Notice when you are not in flow with life and every time this happens write one to three lessons you can learn from the situation, while also bringing forth a feeling of flow to consciously choose a state of relax versus one of tenseness.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Write down two to three ah ha moments you have when you consciously bring forth the feelings of relax and awareness to flow with things that are happening. Also notice what solutions come to mind and perceptions thanks to doing this.
