- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Start a list of things you notice are self-sabotaging blinders or that you intuitively feel are self-sabotaging limits for fears or uncertainties. For everything you list bring forth one to three things that work with the fear and uncertainty by bringing forth your inner core’s love and certainty that all will be ok.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Identify in your moments of self-sabotage blinders the aspects of duality in them and bring to mind at least one aspect of neutrality to find balance in both aspects of that dual nature on the topic/situation at hand.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal about one to three inner growth ah ha moments every time you ponder a self-sabotaging blinder in pursuit of something you’re working towards (whether personal development related or a project/set goal you have in mind).
