Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Start a list of life skills you identify with yourself from the heart and take the time to become aware of them in the moment as you are applying the skill. Write down one to three things that you notice you can add to the skills to expand their potential on the quality of life they help you lead.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Notice when you’re judging a life skill you typically use in conflicting situations and decide on one thing you can try to bring forth neutrality instead of judgement of the life skill. Notice in time how the experience changes for you when you’re applying that life skill in neutrality.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Add in the moment you notice you’re bringing forth one of your most loving life skills one more thing you can do to share unconditional love with others involved in the situation.
