Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: When you go through an emotional moment take the time to write about how you work through them (the things you do, think, feel). As you review your process bring your attention to the pace you hold throughout it and notice if it feels right, rushed, or what feeling comes with your chosen pace. At the end of this journaling of your experience, write down any idea that comes to mind to bring about added flow, lightness and love in the moment of working through emotional moments.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Take a closer look at the times you work through your emotions with anger, frustration, resistance, anything that is not flow and steady. Write about the emotional moment in itself (what’s important and stands out about it for your inner growth potential) and what the pace of how you’re dealing with it is (does it feel rushed, pressured, judged, steady, calm, etc.). As you review what you explored on paper or through an inner thought process/conversation, write one to three things that stand out and what you can bring to the situation to let go of the resistance and anything not in flow with letting things unfold thanks to inner trust and trust in life.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: When you’re exploring your working through emotions and pace, heighten your awareness to your perspective and use any opposing perspective to yours to expand your view of how you work through emotions and if your pace is completely resonating with the flow of life you want to have from within to without (the external – how you emotionally deal with it).
