Make a list of the top three things that stand out and decide on how you can bring about a change that you want to see in your mindset for the harmony you want in your life.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: When you explore your mindset on something that happens, identify the duality in it and bring forth two to three different thoughts that include neutrality to that duality.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Track the transformation that takes place in your mindset on things that happen daily, which bring you to raise your consciousness to you, to be in the now of the moment, and the expansion of your mindset that you notice takes place and that includes more of the love and life around you and that you hold within you.
