Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Take five to ten minutes a day to explore one of your unique traits (any characteristic that you identify with you). Pay attention to your feelings about the trait you’re exploring and if you notice any doubts or issues that arise with it go in-depth on the doubt.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: For you it’s about understanding what traits you are still struggling to love and completely accept from within while co-existing with love towards the external. Allow yourself the time to let the emotions that come with your thoughts speak to you and identify what other ways you can work with yourself to allow your natural tendencies to be, without taking from anyone or anything.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Whatever areas you know about yourself that continue to bring a disconnect with flow and trust in life are the areas of yourself you want to dive in to further. Add two to three new perspectives to your inner exploration and bring forth the unconditional love you have for life within as you apply these new perspectives to see what other information you gain in the moment of exploration.
