Inner Growth Exercise of the Day: Why Self-Worth Is So Important To Empaths & Highly Sensitive People

Exploring why self-worth is so important to empaths and highly sensitive people; how inner growth gets you to work on self-worth; what it means for you to gain self-worth along with love for self and others; and the challenges you work through as you process different layers that lead you to the depths of you with self-worth in mind.

Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: To begin uncovering your inner core’s feelings and beliefs regarding your self-worth start a list of all the qualities you have and next to each write how you feel about the quality and what you believe about it too; is it good or bad, does it make you happy or sad, or shy or confident, and so on. From here, take your list and decide one to two ways you are going to grow your self-worth of every quality on your list: the ones you find “positive” you decide how you will expand them and the ones you find “negative” you decide how you are going to transform them and/or let go of the quality.

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: At this point it’s time to dig deeper to your subconscious/unconscious, those layers that lie beneath the surface from your consciousness to let go of anything that isn’t growing your self-worth. Anytime you find yourself defending your position, getting upset at someone who is making a negative comment, and/or affecting you in any way on something that has to do with you; take five to ten minutes to evaluate one to three ways you can bring forth your self-worth from the heart. Any areas you notice are not flowing (so there’s some form of resistance or sadness or other), continue your inner exploration to understand the source of those feelings and bring forth your inner core’s wisdom, love and guidance.

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Now that you easily identify what is yours to work on when it comes to self-worth and the layers you’ll get to go through as things come about that bring your attention to what is still in the works, write about the experience every time you are faced with it. Share details on how you recognized what was going on; in what ways being able to raise your consciousness to you and go within helped you to allow your emotions to flow, while also bringing love to calm any fears or uneasiness going on; and anything else that stands out that you want to include.

Your turn – Share your experience with your inner growth exercise of the day depending on where you are in your journey😊
