- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: When you notice getting upset about something you’re not achieving as you pursue finding your way in life from your inner core and heart, define what you are getting upset about and find those areas of control, self-judgement, duality, and non-tangible (essence of you) facing the tangible (external) experience that is creating the inner turmoil that allows you to raise your consciousness to your next inner growth lesson and inner harmony pursuit to finding your way in life while facing your fears from also taking an in-depth heart-felt look at those upset emotions with the knowledge that uncertainty is usually a part of the equation as well.
