Inner Growth Exercise of the Day: Defining What Makes You Who You Are From The Heart
Exploring defining what makes you who you are from the heart; why this is important in what you achieve and how you feel about life choices and every day; what ways inner growth gets you to contemplate this definition from your inner core and contemplate those deeper messages your heart holds for you to uncover; how unconditional love always helps with the answers to inner self definitions that stick around long-term; and why this is only the beginning of your journey toward becoming the self-leader from the heart that will transform your life.
Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Make it a habit to define yourself in one thing every morning. Include in your definition your self-love and appreciation for who you are and also include love for the world and others on how they get you to go within when they bring about a definition contrary to what you feel you are as a person.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Identify the areas you always think need more work or are lacking in something. Bring forth questions that lead you to understand from the heart (your inner core) why this is how you feel; also, choose one realistic way you’re going to bring forth a balance between reaching an idea of “perfection” in these areas you want to grow in, alongside with unconditional love even if you don’t reach that “perfection”.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Any minor areas you are still working on defining from your heart are those areas you want to bring to consciousness more often. As you explore them, find the hurt or doubt that is still there and bring forth a self-loving and life-trusting quality, as well as a feeling of peace to the process.
