- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Every day think of two to three emotions you experience most. For those that you find yourself judging bring love and appreciation to them, and one way you’re going to transform them into an emotion that adds to your inner growth and love for life. For the emotions that are welcomed, think of one more thing of why you’re grateful for these emotions.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: For you it’s about not being hard on yourself when there are moments of lows. Take your “low” emotions and explore what they are telling you the essence of you wishes to achieve and/or is judging or controlling, etc. Bring a feeling of gratefulness to that “low” emotion for calling your attention and think of how in the absence of it calling your attention you would not have had the inner growth ah ha moment to transform the emotion into an abundant one and the situation as a whole.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Think of one new way to bring to your daily emotions the feeling of abundance, and also think of what inner growth lesson you can pursue through your exploration of these daily emotions that occupy your heart and activities.
