Exploring dealing with any emotion through inner growth; the process, journey, and mindset of inner growth applicable to your exploration of any and all emotions; why there’s a difference in how you deal with emotions when you bring forth neutrality in duality, your inner core and heart’s definitions, and raise your consciousness to those deeper body feelings/sensations that take place as you experience different emotions in different situations; and how all of this gets you to further tap in to and bring forth the essence of you and the unlimited power for transformation and potential you hold from within that is waiting to come forth in your day-to-day.
Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Make it a habit to ask yourself two to three questions from the heart of any emotion you feel throughout a day. For every emotion that is not flowing or pursuing inner growth bring forth one thought of appreciation for it and the attention it got you to give to this aspect that means so much to you and needs more of your unconditional love and trust in life to help it bring about positives and flow in the moment.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Identify those areas of judgment and/or control that you are bringing to the emotions in a day and replace with empathy, understanding, appreciation for the inner growth lesson you gain as you explore the judgement and/or control from the heart, and anything else that stands out in a way that gets you to bring in neutrality to the emotion and flow.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: At this point in your journey, it’s about further expanding the unlimited awareness and consciousness you hold of any emotion that comes up in your day-to-day. Make it a habit to write down and/or think about the emotions you experience and add to the contemplative moment, two to three aspects that you hadn’t yet explored from within your inner core on the emotion, to your observations of the external’s way of dealing with that same emotion (through inner growth or in the absence of this flow mindset).
