Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Every time you are dealing with rejection make a list of all the ways you accept from the heart and with self-love those things that are being rejected from others and/or a situation. Keep that list with you and when dealing with those feelings read it to remind yourself of your self-love and acceptance of who you are.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: As you pursue the depths of your inner core, in your instances of rejection you are meant to uncover those areas of insecurity and lack of self-love that are still residing within waiting to be let go and replaced with unconditional love and self-love. Identify insecurity in noticing feelings of resistance, control, frustration; basically, any trigger feeling that isn’t flow or unconditional love and presents itself when situations of rejection arise.  For everything you notice bring forth one or more thoughts of self-love and what you believe from the heart about you related to what’s taking place.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: For you it’s about bringing forth unconditional love in all areas and to consciousness.  When dealing with situations of rejection, add self-love where you pick up it is still needed and also share one or two unconditional loving things (words, actions, gestures) with those that are doing the rejecting or the situation that is bringing about dealing with a feeling of rejection.
