- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Finding your way with flow means identifying first when you’re not in flow. Make it a habit to notice when there are feelings of not flow and bring in the feeling of flow as you take an in-depth look at what the not flow feelings are calling your attention to.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: At this point of your journey it’s easier to identify when you’re not in flow so now it’s up to you to go deeper on the control and judgment aspects of those not flow feelings. Come up with one to two ways you can try letting go of control and replace with trust and flow in a way that feels right to your inner core, heart.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: With your complete awareness to multiple areas of doubt and/or fear, when you’re not in flow, expand your consciousness to what areas are resurfacing and add another loving and neutral attribute to the areas so that you can continue growing trust in life and the flow of life.
