Inner Growth Exercise of the Day: Removing What Keeps You Stuck

Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Any time you feel something is keeping you stuck go within and explore your feelings on the matter, as well as your mindset (where’s your focus). At the end of your exploration bring love to the hurt and doubt you find, redefine one to two ways you can move forward and choose a different focus that you know will help to encourage you and give you the energy and love to move forward.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: At this point in your journey you’re meant to find the stuck that comes from areas of control, self-judgement and doubt, insecurities, not flow feelings, resisting life and what you can learn through an inner growth approach and mindset. With this in mind, when you feel stuck find these areas (areas that are not in flow and inner growth mode).  For each, identify two to three ways to redirect your focus to flow, one inner growth lesson, and the one way you are going to let go of the resistance thoughts that are making you feel you’re stuck.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: For you it’s time to expand your awareness and consciousness to further horizons on the feeling of stuck, so with all your inner knowledge and outer knowledge, write about two to three new things you are able to observe and takeaway from a moment where you feel you’re stuck, but the inner growth mindset you, knows it’s time to learn something new.
