Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: When there’s a hectic situation you’re facing take five to ten minutes to understand what’s bothering you about the situation and look for one to two ways you can look at the situation from a different perspective. Take some time to focus your emotions on a calm feeling as well while you do this because it will help the emotional aspect.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Identify the areas of right/wrong that are playing a role in how you’re feeling while experiencing a hectic situation. For those areas of right/wrong bring forth neutrality and think of one way you can work with this external circumstance that you can’t change.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: At this point in your journey, as you raise your consciousness to the different feelings and energies surrounding a hectic situation you want to identify two to three areas where you can expand your perspective on how to handle that situation with flow and clam feeling in mind.
